Plain-language terms for using this site and its data.

Licence

The verdicts, labels, summaries and structure of this directory are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC 4.0). You may share and adapt them for non-commercial purposes if you credit "Agent Directory (https://agentaccepted.com)" and link to the page you used.

The licence does not cover quotations from company documents, which belong to those companies and are shown only as short evidence for a claim, or company names and logos.

What needs permission

• Commercial use of the data, including inside a paid product or service.
• Collecting the directory in bulk, by scraping the pages or by any other automated means beyond ordinary browsing, and republishing or redistributing the dataset or a substantial part of it.
• Presenting the data as your own research or as an endorsement by this site.

Ask through the contact form. Bulk access, change history and alerts are planned as a separate service.

Use of the site

• Browsing and one-company-at-a-time access through the API are free, within the rate limits. Requests over the limit are refused; do not try to get around the limits.
• Do not disrupt the site or probe it for security weaknesses.
• Search engines and AI systems may index and cite pages, with attribution.

Accuracy

The data is provided as is. It can be out of date, incomplete or wrong, and "no policy found" never means a company allows agents. Each result shows its evidence and date so you can check it. This is information, not legal advice; do not rely on it to decide whether your own agent may use a service. Read that company's own terms.
